Page Rank is sold now! Under conditions of a const&#97&#110&#116 popularity increase of Google’s search engines,&#32&#98&#111th in the west and among Russian-speaking users, t&#104&#101&#32sites’ owners constantly try to raise their Page&#32&#82&#97nk.

Let’s explain for those, who don’t know ye&#116&#32&#119hat is Page Rank. In general, without going into d&#101&#116&#97ils, Page Rank (further PR) plays one of the leadi&#110&#103&#32roles in the formula of the Google’s search engi&#110&#101&#226s page relevance estimate. In other wards, if yo&#117&#32&#119ant to take first places according to the popular &#113&#117&#101ries, kindly have a very good PR. In details about&#32&#80&#82 you can read in special materials about Page Rank&#44&#32&#119e w<s></s>on’t talk about it here.

There are a lot of w&#97&#121&#115 to raise Page Rank and many ideas there are in th&#101&#32&#119eb about how the links from the pages with high PR&#32&#99&#97n be sold. And now it has happened, SearchKing com&#112&#97&#110y put a paying service by selling textual links fr&#111&#109&#32the pages with high PR. SearchKing fixed following&#32&#112&#114ices:<s></s> placing the links with the heading of 5 ward&#115&#32&#97nd 10 wards of describing at the page with PR=9 wi&#108&#108&#32be cost 299$ monthly. Placing the link on the page&#32&#119&#105th PR=<s></s>7 costs 169$ a month.

But anxiety appears, t&#104&#97&#116 distribution of this kind of business can strongl&#121&#32&#100ecrease the quality of algorithms work, which use &#80&#97&#103e Rank as one of the basis criteria. Probably, Goo&#103&#108&#101 won’t approve such way and, in principle, can n&#105&#112&#32all in the bud just by null PR to SearchKing sites&#32&#111&#114 excluding them from its database.

By the way, the&#114&#101&#32is one more interesting item. SearchKing in its pr&#105&#99&#101-list doesn’t agree how many links will be on ev&#101&#114&#121 page with high PR. But it is known that the more &#108&#105&#110ks are on the page, the less effecti<s></s>ve is every of&#32&#116&#104em. We can even suppose the possibility of the var&#105&#97&#110t that there will be such amount of commercial lin&#107&#115&#32on the page, that the effect of every of links wil&#108&#32&#98e comparable with the effect of free links exchang&#101&#32&#119ith the site with low PR. But it is only theoretic&#97&#108&#108y, most likely such variants are considered and so&#108&#117&#116ions are found.

Do you own a website? Would you like to know how m&#117&#99&#104 it cost for an advertiser<s></s> to place a link on your&#32&#119&#101bsite. First of all you need to understand what pa&#103&#101&#32rank and link rank are. Usually page rank and link&#32&#114&#97nk are measured from a score of 1 to 10.

In order &#116&#111&#32have a high page rank you need to have many qualit&#121&#32&#108inks pointing to your website. It is a good idea t&#111&#32&#104ave many links pointing to your website but in ord&#101&#114&#32to get a good page rank you need quality links. Go&#111&#103&#108e doesn’t shows backward links from pages having&#32&#80&#82 value lesser than 3. Google has recently stopped &#100&#105&#115playing all backward links it knows. Webmasters ha&#118&#101&#32two general opinions upon those links, which are n&#111&#119&#32displayed as backward links: 1. Google randomly sh&#111&#119&#115 backward links. 2. Google shows that backward lin&#107&#115&#44 which are considered relevant for this page (rele&#118&#97&#110t means that a page, which contains a link to your&#32&#115&#105te is somehow related to yours in subject (content&#41&#41&#46

So w<s></s>hich is more important, page rank or link ran&#107&#46&#32Page rank and link rank are equally important. Goo&#103&#108&#101 care more about page rank than link rank, while Y&#97&#104&#111o & MSN care more abou<s></s>t link rank. From my experience I find it is&#32&#101&#97sier to obtain a higher link rank<s></s> than page rank. &#73&#32&#97m a webmaster of searchenginejournal.org and I re&#97&#108&#105ze that obtaining a link rank score of 7 is not ha&#114&#100&#32at all. It can be done by creating many subdomains&#32&#102&#111r the site. For example, searchenginejournal.org &#104&#97&#115 more than 200 subdomains and each subdomains repr&#101&#115&#101nt a separate site. Each site has at least 1 or 2 &#108&#105&#110ks pointing back to the main site. So how do you g&#101&#116&#32about 338<s></s>000 links pointing back to your site. The&#32&#115&#111lution is simple, create a huge site that serve mo&#115&#116&#108y dynamic pages but make sure you direct the crawl&#101&#114&#115 to index <s></s>all of your pages. You can take a look a&#116&#32&#115earchenginejournal.org website by g<s></s>oing to http:&#47&#47&#119ww.searchenginejournal.org and you’ll get an ide&#97&#32&#111f what I am talking about. So getting a link rank &#115&#99&#111re of 7 is easy? The answer is yes, you do not hav&#101&#32&#116o trade link with other webmasters at all. How lon&#103&#32&#100o you have to wait to get 338000 links pointing to&#32&#121&#111ur website? If you do what I do, 3 months is the l&#111&#110&#103est you have to wait.

The question is, what if you&#32&#111&#119n a site that has page rank of 7 and link rank of &#55&#63&#32You’re looking at around $500 to $1,000 per mont&#104&#32&#116he advertiser have to pay you for 1 link placed on&#32&#116&#104e main page of your website. Is that great income?&#32&#72&#101ck yeah! What if you have 4 customers? You’re lo&#111&#107&#105ng of $2,000 easily, residual income too! There ar&#101&#32&#109any places on t<s></s>he internet that you can go to and &#97&#115&#107 them to appraise your website. This will give you&#32&#97&#32general idea of how much you should charge an adve&#114&#116&#105ser to place a link on your website. Good luck to &#97&#108&#108 of you. I hope this information really hel<s></s>p.
